Erik is a 20 year brand strategist and entrepreneur with 20 years of marketing leadership working for Fortune 500 firms and start ups alike. He managed Motorola’s global entertainment marketing, was the CMO of mobile accessory brand Case-Mate, and founded talent management and creative marketing agencies, Satellite Office and &Reach.

Now in their second decade of operations, Satellite focuses on producing rich brand identity systems & marketing campaigns for clients in a spectrum of industries: beverage, sports, hotels, technology & wireless.  Clients have included: IBM, Gatorade, Great Lakes Brewing, Verizon, Target, adidas, Microsoft, Jack Daniels, Bacardi, Tom’s Town Distilling, Star Union Spirits, and others.

He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of management. Erik was granted a design patent for his work with Chuck Anderson on the Windows 7 desktop, and is the recipient of multiple innovation design awards from Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) and a Webby. In the 90’s, Erik was the drummer and co-founder of seminal, live hip-hop band, Chucklehead.

Jeff Rogers

Jeff Rogers is an image maker with a focus in design, illustration and typography. His work is heavily influenced by a background in music, painting, and fun. After many years working as a designer and art director at various studios and agencies around Dallas and NYC, Jeff opened the doors of his own Brooklyn studio in 2011. Recently relocating back to Dallas, Jeff has opened a new studio in the heart of the thriving arts scene in Oak Cliff where he spends his time working on design, branding, and typographic projects of all shapes + sizes.

Vi Bautista

Vi joined Satellite Office in 2019 to oversee Social Media and Marketing initiatives. Equipped with a multidisciplinary design background, Vi constantly brushes up on new and creative ways to strategize and curate the agency’s presence across all touch points. Prior to Satellite, Vi co-founded several art & design initiatives such as KAIRE, Export Quality, and Wash Cold Hang Dry. They are also involved with Her Notoriety (branch of Modern Notoriety) and had experience producing campaigns, activations, and a myriad of content for streetwear and youth culture-oriented brands such as Puma, Finish Line, Monaco, and Adidas Originals.

Nicole Galati

Nicole joined Satellite Office in 2015 as our Finance Manager. Not your typical bean counter as she is vibrant, outgoing and enjoys interacting with others. You can often find her at Cubs and Blackhawk games as well as nieghborhood fests and music venues. She has been working in the Corporate Accounting field for more than 25 years and has a vast knowledge of the Service Industry.

Ben Arditti

Ben joined Satellite Office in 2010 to oversee day-to-day operations. Prior to Satellite, Ben spent five years at Motorola, overseeing global advertising and marketing programs, and was part of an award winning interactive team at MTV Europe. He has also spent time on the agency side of the business, developing integrated campaigns for MillerCoors, Kimberly Clark and TagHeuer.

James Dawe

James Dawes stands out as an illustrator and designer for his work with photo-collages and digital manipulation.  Exploring distorted, glitched portraits is a recurring theme for James. His work, ever unexpected is often abstract and striking.  Having successfully managed the median between fine art and commercial design, James has worked for various clients including: Nike, Reebok, Wieden & Kennedy, BDDO, Wired, Leo Burnett, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Red Bull, DDB London, Fallon, Condé Nast, GQ Style, and Network Rail.

Pawel Nolbert

Pawel is a Warsaw-based artist, illustrator, designer & photographer. During the past decade Pawel has created stunning work, design and art for brands like Google, Apple, Nike, Sony, Polaroid, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, Johnnie Walker, Squarespace, Disney and many more. He has been the creative force behind international projects both big and small, producing key artwork for clients ranging in disciplines from interactive design, advertising, animation, branding, painterly lettering. Pawel’s work has been featured in a number of printed and digital publications, such as Taschen “Illustration Now 3” book, Springer “Digital Da Vinci” book, Saatchi Gallery, Collossal, Computer Arts Magazine, Advanced Photoshop Magazine,  Juxtapoz, Hypebeast, IdN Magazine, Beautiful Decay, Adweek Talent 100 (2012) and more.
